Terry Petree
President/CEO

Terry Petree manages all KOTAVIN operations and insures that his clients are well informed and their project needs are being met.  He prides himself on creating long term working partnerships with his clients and dedicates his time meeting their needs.

He has over 25 years of Construction & Project Management experience with Municipal, Light Rail, Retail, Hospitality, Heavy Industrial and Specialty with the last 8years dedicated to Industrial and Oilfield Development & Construction.  He has worked with Select Energy Service, Bell Supply, C&J Energy, Forum, Centurion pipeline, & Key Energy Services to name a few.  He is responsible for the construction and management of more than $510M in ground-up development since 2006 of which  approx.. $200M is Oilfield related.

Terry started out as a labourer in the field with Fluor Daniels (one of the world largest construction companies) and worked his way to Project Management.  During his 7 years with Flour, Terry received several accommodations and awards and holds several industry certifications (CPE, PMP, etc.).  Today he finds enjoyment in spending time with his two young boys (Dakota & Devin) who share many of his interest such as hunting & fishing.
